As part of the development of our logistics department, we are looking for 2 Logistics Supervisors / Team Leaders to oversee and coordinate daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily logistics activities: procurement, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and export
• Supervise the flow of goods and ensure adherence to deadlines and service quality
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures
• Participate in planning and optimizing logistics costs
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements
• Manage, train, and support logistics teams
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly
• Ensure stock reliability and proper organization of inventories
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and digitalization of operations

Profile Required:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or export environment
• Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
