As part of the development of our logistics department, we are looking for 2 Logistics Supervisors / Team Leaders to oversee and coordinate daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily logistics activities: procurement, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and export
- Supervise the flow of goods and ensure adherence to deadlines and service quality
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures
- Participate in planning and optimizing logistics costs
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements
- Manage, train, and support logistics teams
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly
- Ensure stock reliability and proper organization of inventories
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and digitalization of operations
Profile Required:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or export environment
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
