As part of strengthening our organization, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Director capable of structuring, managing, and optimizing our entire supply chain in a demanding industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the logistics strategy in alignment with company objectives
• Supervise and optimize operations: procurement, warehousing, planning, transportation, distribution, and export
• Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly regarding customs and international trade
• Manage import/export flows and ensure smooth transit operations
• Handle relationships with external partners: freight forwarders, carriers, customs authorities
• Establish and monitor KPIs (logistics costs, delivery times, service quality, turnover rate, etc.)
• Optimize logistics costs while maintaining high service levels
• Anticipate and manage logistics risks (delays, customs blockages, supply shortages)
• Lead continuous improvement projects (lean management, digitalization, automation)
• Ensure stock reliability and supervise inventories
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and finance teams
• Manage, train, and develop logistics teams
• Establish procedures and ensure compliance

Profile Required:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
• Proven experience (8–10 years minimum) in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or export environment
• Excellent knowledge of Tunisian and international customs procedures
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and international flow management
• Experience in team management and change management
• Proficient in ERP systems and logistics management tools
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and capability to solve complex problems
• Excellent organizational skills and strong leadership
• Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage dynamic environments
• High sense of rigor, ethics, and responsibility
