Responsibilities:

• Partner with department managers to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and HR procedures.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
• Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management.
• Participate in compensation and benefits reviews.
• Assist in organizational restructuring and change management projects.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Promote company culture and corporate values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships with managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and French.
