HR Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- Partner with department managers to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and HR procedures.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Participate in compensation and benefits reviews.
- Assist in organizational restructuring and change management projects.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Promote company culture and corporate values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English and French.
