Responsibilities:

  • Define and deploy the operational excellence strategy in alignment with company objectives

  • Lead the facilitation and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)

  • Train, coach, and support operational and functional teams in CI methodologies

  • Establish a performance management system (KPIs, dashboards, operational reviews)

  • Standardize processes and ensure their deployment across all sites or units

  • Facilitate problem-solving workshops (DMAIC, 8D, A3, QRQC, etc.)

  • Identify and prioritize waste reduction areas (time, costs, quality, logistics)

  • Lead internal OPEX audits and measure the maturity of CI practices

  • Support change management and remove behavioral or organizational barriers

  • Ensure sustainability of improvements through performance reviews and visual standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or master's degree in an industrial field (mechanical, electrical, or process engineering)

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a dedicated continuous improvement or operational excellence role

  • Recognized Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable

  • Advanced mastery of Lean tools (VSM, SMED, 5S, TPM, Kanban, Kaizen)

  • Mastery of problem-solving methods (DMAIC, 8D, A3, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto)

  • Experience in delivering training and on-site coaching sessions (Gemba)

  • Very good knowledge of performance management systems (operational KPIs, performance reviews)

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments (production, logistics, quality, maintenance)

  • Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory

  • Rigor, analytical mindset, leadership without direct hierarchical authority
