
Methods and Industrialisation Manager
Responsibilities
- Define and optimise manufacturing processes to ensure the efficiency, quality and safety of production lines.
- Analyse and improve production flows to reduce cycle times, waste and costs.
- Manage new product industrialisation projects in collaboration with the project, quality, maintenance and production teams.
- Develop and update technical documents such as manufacturing ranges, operating procedures, FMEA and monitoring plans.
- Ensure that industrial processes comply with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, etc.).
- Train and support technical and production teams in the adoption of industrial standards and best practices.
- Participate in internal and external audits and implement the associated corrective actions.
- Identify areas for technical and technological improvement to strengthen the company's industrial competitiveness.
- Work closely with the quality, production, maintenance and supply chain departments to ensure the consistency of industrial actions.
- Design and monitor performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the actions implemented.
- Contribute to the implementation of new technologies and the digitalisation of industrial processes (Industry 4.0).
Your profile
- Master's degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, manufacturing methods or a related technical field.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma are appreciated.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. ProAlpha, etc.).
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial optimisation and capacity planning.
- Three to five years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in production planning, industrialisation or assembly.
- Proven experience in managing pre-series or pilot production.
- Proven organisational, cross-functional communication and technical problem-solving skills.
- German is an asset.
