• Project management: Responsibility for cost tracking, planning, control and implementation of cable assembly projects for our automotive customers, from technical clarification to prototypes, samples and support during the start of series production.

• Customer support: Contact person for our customers for technical clarifications and support of change processes during the entire product life cycle.

• Quality management: Monitoring compliance with quality standards and specifications in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry.

• Team coordination: Leading interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information and effective collaboration and documentation.

• Risk management: Identifying potential project risks and developing measures to avoid them.

• Communication with internal and external interfaces: Ensuring that the project runs smoothly.

• Sample requests and order management: Requesting samples in accordance with specifications and handing over and monitoring orders to the production plant.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in human resources management or a degree, preferably with a focus on human resources
• Completed training as a trainer (trainer aptitude) for industrial clerks and office management clerks
• Professional experience in operational HR work is desirable
• Sound knowledge of labor law
• Independent and structured way of working as well as a high level of commitment and social skills
• Experience in dealing with modern IT systems, MS Office applications and the SV reporting portal
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English skills
