Responsibilities
- Manage transfer projects as well as new projects, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives.
- Organize, plan, and lead projects from the RFQ phase through SOP, ensuring effective control of milestones and deliverables.
- Drive change management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding technical product discussions and project milestones, in close coordination with internal teams and relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with and implementation of D-Braun Tunisia environmental requirements, in line with Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines, within the defined scope of responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering / University degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional experience in Project Management, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other roles related to operational management.
- Strong knowledge of the different project phases, particularly within the automotive wiring harness industry.
- Multi-project management capabilities.
- CAPM / PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Strong teamwork skills, with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.
- Proven leadership, with solid technical skills in team facilitation and coordination.
- Proficiency in English and French; German is an asset.
- Strong affinity for structured and methodical work, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Good conflict management and time management skills , especially in multi-projects contexts .
