Responsibilities
- Analysis of information provided by customers
- Clarification of technical and commercial issues with customers, together with project/product management and sales
- Close cooperation with the project management and the technical department
- Determination of manufacturing costs
- Creating the BOM
- Planning of the necessary work processes and their optimal sequence
- Calculation of labor costs with the help of a planned time catalog
- Determination of material costs and necessary investments
- Preparation of the offer document
Required Qualifications

Engineering degree in Automotive Industrial

Technical/commercial training
-
Alternatively, professional experience in cost calculation within an automotive manufacturing company or comparable activity

Basic knowledge in product costing specific to the automotive industry

Self-organization, goal-oriented and accurate work, always considering business aspects

Ability to recognize overarching relationships and problems and to develop solutions
-
High level of commitment, organizational talent and ability to work in a team

Experience with modern MS Office applications and ERP systems

Very good written and spoken English
